Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.


To start a return, please contact us at marc_draper@hotmail.com. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address if applicable. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges


The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order separately.


European Union Customers


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
